By accessing or using Web RPC Dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Web RPC Dashboard is a tool that allows users to manage their Discord Rich Presence and account status via their Discord token. The Service connects to Discord's API using the user's credentials to provide custom presence management.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord token and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Token Security

Your Discord token is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We do not log, share, or expose your token. However, we cannot be held liable for any compromise resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate Discord's Terms of Service, or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Web RPC Dashboard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the operators be liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your encrypted token and profile data until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time through the account deletion feature.

8. Third-Party Services

This Service interacts with Discord's API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Discord Inc.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
